Personal Accidental Insurance Policy Coverage :

This policy covers Table C benefits of  Personal Accident which includes:

• Death (100% of Sum Insured),
• Loss of two limbs, two eyes or one limb and one eye ( 100% of Sum Insured)
• Loss of one limb or one eye (50% of Sum Insured),
• Permanent Total Disablement (PTD) from injuries other than those named above (100% of Sum Insured)

Benefits mentioned above are subject to detailed conditions, exclusions and warranties of Personal Accident policy including below mentioned specific conditions:

• Limit of age in this policy is 18-70 years which means persons who have completed 18 years of age and below 70 years of age can be covered under this policy.
• No physically challenged / differently abled persons shall be covered in this policy.
• Risk cover will start only when policy is issued i.e. after fulfilment of all required details and processing.
• Since it will be an EPA policy issued from agent portal it is digitally signed and no physical signature is required on it. Also policy copy will be delivered electronically via Email to the insured.
• For the issuance of policy following details of the proposer are mandatory:
  • Name (as per valid identity proof with date of birth (copy is not required but has to be produced at the time of claim):
  • Date of Birth
  • Gender
  • Occupation
  • Mobile Number
  • Email ID
  • Address with pin code
  • Nominee Name and relation (nominee to whom claim is to be paid in the event of death of insured).

This policy is also subject to below mentioned specific exclusions:

• Services on duty with any Armed Force.
• Intentional self-injury, suicide or attempted suicide, insanity, venereal disease or the influence of intoxicating drink or drugs.
• Aviation other than as a passenger (fare paying or otherwise) in any duly licensed standard type of aircraft anywhere in the world.
• Nuclear radiation of nuclear weapons materials.
• Any consequence of War, invasion, Act of foreign enemy, Hostilities (whether war be declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, Mutiny military or usurped power, seizure, capture, arrests, restraint and detainment of all Kings, Princes and people of whatsoever nation condition or quality.
• Child birth, Pregnancy or other physical causes peculiar to the female sex.
• Whilst committing any breach of law with criminal intent.

Sum Insured: This policy is available with two Sum insured options of Rs.250000/- and Rs.500000/-.

Users who are eligible for free accidental insurance on the respected day of shopping will be get free policy benefits as below;

Rs.2,50,000/-  accidental insurance on online purchase of more than Rs. 999/- from website elala.in with COD payments.

Rs.5,00,000/-  accidental insurance on online purchase of more than Rs. 999/- from website elala.in with Online / Prepaid Payment.
