      - Go to My Orders
      - Choose the item you wish to return
      - Fill in the details
      - Choose Request Return

    • Try these steps if you are unable to log in:


      1. Check your login details. Your user name is the email address used for registration

      2. If you have forgotten your password or it is not working, reset it in "Forgot Password" on the sign-in page

      3. Ensure that your web browser accepts cookies

      4. If the site is down, please try logging in after some time

  • I am unable for Place my order
    • We're sorry you are facing an issue while placing an order. This may be due to various reasons.

      If cash-on-delivery (COD) option is not available at your PIN code, please select a pre-paid payment option. Alternatively, you can choose the COD option at another PIN code convenient for you.

      A technical glitch may sometimes prevent you from making your payment. Delete the cookies in your browser and try placing the order again after some time. If the issue still persists, please contact our Customer Care and we will resolve your issue at the earliest.

      If your payment failed, don't worry. Any amount debited from your card/account, will be refunded to you automatically within 48 hours. You don't need to wait for the refund to place your order again.

    • It is easy to update your elala.in account and view your orders any time through 'My Account'.

  • How do I know my order has been confirmed?
    • Once your order has been logged and payment authorization has been received, the seller confirms receipt of the order and begins processing it.

      You will receive an email having the details of your order, when the seller receives it and confirms the same. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID (eg. OD01202130213), a listing of the item(s) you have ordered.

  • Why do I see different prices for the same product?
    • A product could be listed under different prices. There could be sellers offering you the same product but at a different price. That is the nature of the elala.in  marketplace, where different sellers compete for your order.

  • How do I pay for a Elala.in purchase?
    • Elala.in offers you multiple payment methods. Whatever your online mode of payment, you can rest assured that Elala’s trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times.

      You may use Internet Banking, Cash on Delivery and Wallet to make your purchase.Elala.in also accepts payments made using Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro credit/debit cards in India.


  • What is Cash on Delivery?
    • If you are not comfortable making an online payment on Elala.in, you can opt for the Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) payment method instead. With C-o-D you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep,without requiring you to make any advance payment online.

      The maximum order value for a Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) payment is Rs. 10,000. It is strictly a cash-only payment method.E-Gift Vouchers or store credit cannot be used for C-o-D orders. Foreign currency cannot be used to make a C-o-D payment.Only New Indian Rupees accepted.

  • How do I place a Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) order?
    • All items that have the "Cash on Delivery Available" icon are valid for order by Cash on Delivery.Add the item(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout. When prompted to choose a payment option, select "Cash on Delivery".Once verified and confirmed, your order will be processed for shipment in the time specified, from the date of confirmation.You will be required to make a cash-only payment to our courier partner at the time of delivery of your order to complete the payment.

  • What are the delivery charges?
    • Delivery charge varies with each Seller. Sellers incur relatively higher shipping costs on low value items. In such cases, charging a nominal delivery charge helps them offset logistics costs. The delivery charge may be waived off by some Sellers, if you shop with them for a minimum predefined value.

      For example, seller WS Retail, which generally charges Rs 40 for delivery, provides free delivery on orders valued at Rs 500 or more. Please check with individual Sellers to understand what the delivery charges are.
